We work in partnership with our clients around choices in policy and action to address the climate and biosphere crisis and improve lives through impact on human rights.

We are focused on adaptive capacity and change. We have lived experience of the consequences of a more globally dangerous climate; of working with multiple stakeholders such as civil society, campaign groups, and governments. We work with senior Executive Teams and Boards to build the ongoing ability to respond to unpredictability so they can be at their most effective and productive; to be resilient, thrive and make a positive contribution for, and to, the future.

We have deep rooted and broad stakeholder engagement experience, built over decades of engaging in participatory processes across industry, civil society and government to deliver programmes and manage campaigns for policy change. Combined with our extensive cross-cultural knowledge and experience having lived and worked across Asia, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas, in high-risk environments such as countries that experience protracted conflict, major disasters and serious human rights challenges equips us to support our clients with real, lived insight.

We are serious about achieving results for our client, for their stakeholders and the planet. Feedback suggests we are straightforward and personable to deal with, able to cut through inter-related problems to clarify issues and bring simplicity out of complexity. Although, we believe that everybody has a role to play and that the private sector can be a force for positive change, together with governments and civil society.

We are systemic thinkers, able to bring together essential threads of connection, drawing insights and understanding fundamental to review and change processes. We create positive impact with stakeholders, and in so doing, support more sustainable shareholder value. We engage clients’ organisations to understand what is known, provide a conduit to uncovering what’s not and a operate a methodology through which to engage in change programmes that will ultimately lead to systemic and fundamental cultural and operational transformation.
